The Tyneside Ramblers organise walks with coach outings on Sundays and Wednesdays throughout the year.
Places need to be booked in advance to ensure a seat.
All bookings have to be made at least one week in advance either on a previous
outing or at the departure point up to 15 minutes before starting time. New participants may contact the respective Booking Secretary by telephone in the first instance, thereafter as above. No refunds can be made, but a booking may be transferred to a future date up to four weeks ahead provided that the Booking Secretary has been given at least a week's notice. There is a choice of walks on the outings which usually start from different points en route but converge to meet the coaches for the return journey. The times of return are from the departure point and do not refer to the arrival in Newcastle. Members are expected to join and stay with the organised walk for safety reasons. There are also a number of Social Activities to join in. Non-members are welcome. |
